…Stakeholders and Party Leaders Rally Support
Ahead of the Ogun Local Government election scheduled for Saturday, November 16, 2024, All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairmanship candidate, Ambassador Ogunsola, has reaffirmed his commitment to open-door governance and extensive development in Owode Egba Ward 3, Ajura Ward 4, and Onidudu Ward 7.
During a rally held on Friday, November 1, Ogunsola called on residents of the three wards to come out en masse and vote for him and all APC candidates.
“If re-elected, my administration will prioritize youth empowerment and infrastructural development, fostering a self-sustaining local government that serves as a home for all its residents,” Ogunsola promised.
“I want to assure every stakeholder—youth, women, traders, artisans, and businesspeople—that inclusive and purposeful governance will benefit us all,” he added, emphasizing his vision for a new era of growth in the local government area.
The APC Party Chairman in the local government, Chief Emmanuel Olaitan Olude, and Hon. Bamidele Erisan, former Ogun State House of Assembly member and the campaign’s Director General, urged supporters to mobilize throughout the area.

“We need to reach every corner of the local government, canvassing for votes to secure an overwhelming APC victory,” Erisan declared.
Rt. Hon. Olumide Osoba, Member representing Obafemi-Owode, Odeda, and Abeokuta North in the Federal House of Representatives, appealed to residents to support Ogunsola for a continued positive impact on the area.
Similarly, Hon. Soneye Damilola, representing Obafemi-Owode State Constituency, encouraged women and all party supporters to participate actively on election day.
In his remarks, Oba Amb. Dr. Joseph Adeogun Ogunjobi, Oba of Orile Igbore, commended Ogunsola’s past contributions to the local government and urged him to pursue landmark projects if re-elected.
“Embarking on impactful projects will distinguish your administration and strengthen our community’s growth,” he advised.
As the election approaches, Ogunsola remains committed to ensuring all voices in his constituency are heard and empowered through his proposed policies.
